Raising an Orphan

Hey everyone. So as you know I've been MIA for awhile now so I'm here to let you know whats been happening. First off, Jason let that stupid bitch(the cats) back in my house. He said his conscience was bothering him. Whatever. I clipped her nails. Next time she gets put out, I'm taking her around the corner. She's been acting funny since she's been back. Won't allow anyone to touch her tummy. Extra affectionate towards Jason. She has put on weight too. If she's pregnant she has to go. No if, ands, or buts about it. So anyway, when we kicked her out, I called a friend of mines who said she had a kitten for me. She said the kitten was about 2 weeks old. I told her I wanted him and we scheduled to meet on Wednesday. Now when she said the kitten was about 2 weeks old I seriously doubted that. No one in their right minds would take a kitten this young away from its mother. Boy was I wrong. When Wednesday got here and I saw the kitten he was so tiny. Like the size of my son's handheld Leapster 2. I couldn't believe it. She told me he wasn't eating food yet. I suggested that she take him back to his mother for awhile longer but was informed that she would now reject him. Me and Jason went to the store to get him a bottle and some formula. So for the last week I have been raising a kitten. From bottle feeding to helping it go pee pee.

Two nights ago I started him on solid foods. He even took his first poop alone in the litter last night. The once fragile little kitten now runs around the house chasing my children, and feeds and uses the bathroom all by himself. When I got him he couldn't do any of this.

The only problem we have is the bitch doesn't like him. Sometimes she does and other times she attacks him really bad. Hence why she stays on her leash.

Well I just wanted to catch you guys up. Hopefully I'll be back soon with something a little more interesting next time. Thanks for reading.
